If I add text to one card in a business card template how do I get the change
to all the other cards on the page. |

Try selecting all the text in the card you have created (and graphics too if
you have any). Select copy from the edit menu (or Ctrl +C). Next select all the cells (cards) that you want the information to appear in (remember to hold down the shift key and click each place). Now go to edit paste (or Ctrl + V) and you should have all the same cards on one page. It is helpful if you say which version of Word you are using sometimes too. Thanks for the link Graham. Very interesting and the tip on the 2002 Drawing
canvas was much appreciated. "Graham Mayor" wrote: Jack H wrote: If I add text to one card in a business card template how do I get the change to all the other cards on the page.
