I am having a problem printing labels to Tray 1 of the subject printer. The
IT folks reset the drivers and you can print a WORD doc using the options
button from the print pull down menu from FILE tool bsar icon, and changing
setting to Tray 1. But when labels are pulled up and print is selected,
label print from tray 2. The only way I have found to print the label from
Tray 2 is to use the options button from envelopes and labels, and changing
the tray selection to Tray 1, even if it says default is Tray 1, I have to
slect it again. The options tray select from the print pull down will change
the tray select under the envelopes/labels option tray selection, but it will
not make it work for the tray indicated unless it is reselected under the
envelopes/labels options tray selection. Any ideas as to why it will not
work from print options tray select? Software glich?
