Default Boarders and footnotes

Dear All

I am creating a word doc and for effect have put a boarder around it. In
the document I have put headers and footers. However when I go to print it
misses the bottom line of the boarder, is this due to the footer being
present. I have tried to increase the page setting by minimising bottom
dimensions in page settings but this does not work. What am i missing?
