page numbers & TOC
I use { PAGE \# "00" } to format page numbers like 01 ..09 and so on.
Also I generate a TOC with { TOC \o "1-9" \h \z \s LectureID \d "-" \w \x }, this results in a TOC. BUT page numbers are not shown like I thought: 1. Introduction 1-01 I see 1. Introduction 1-1 How can I correct this? Peter |

The easy and reader-friendly fix is to remove the \# "00" from the PAGE

Possible solution, but the wrong one.
