Default Selecting a paragraph selects whole table cell

Hi Folks,

When I select a paragraph in a table cell, Word selects the entire contents
of the table cell. This is driving me nuts!

Can anyone tell me how to switch it off?

(Word 2003)

Thanks

Tim

How are you selecting the paragraph? What content does the cell have besides
the selected paragraph?

Thanks Suzanne,

Well, how about that. It only happens in outline view. (which I use about 95
percent of the time.)

At least I know now that its me!

Any tips welcome.

Cheers

Tim
