Default Inserting Math Characters (X-bar)

This is my second try at posting this. Does anyone know if it is possible to
insert the x-bar (an either upper or lower case 'x' with a bar across the top
of it)? I am trying to type my statistics homework and can't find the x-bar
symbol. Thanks
