How do I position the label when merging XLS data to post cards?
I am using WOrd 2000.
I need to print mailing address on postcards which are printed 4-up, landscape. Running through the instructions in the Help file, merge works, but the printing location is arbitrarily chosen by the program-- and is in the wrong place. I tried putting the merge fields inside a text box-- but Word would not let that work. How can I move the merge data to where I need it on the cards? |

Format the paragraph in which the mergefields are located with the indents
and space before that are required to put it in the position that YOU want. -- Hope this helps.
