Default Word Viewer as an add-on for IE

Hello,

I just discovered MSWord viewer and really like the program. However, I have
not found a way to use it with IE in the same way that a pdf behaves. Does
anyone know of an IE add-on that will allow this.

For anyone not familiar with what I am asking. If you have installed Adobe
Reader you have also installed the Adobe Reader Add-On for IE. This add-on is
what allows the document to open within IE. I am looking for a way to open a
non-editable document in the browser with Word Viewer. Adobe allows the
viewer to save a copy of the file to the local machine. There is no save
option for the Word Viewer which means that the document is safer when viewed
this way.

Thanks
LWhite

Well, nobody seems to have information on this. Which leads to another
question. How do I bring this issue to the Microsoft developers for
consideration?
