Creating nested fields
I don't know about this particular set of fields, but you select the inside
field and press Ctrl-F9. This adds another set of merge braces that you can type the exterior field. For an example of a bear of such a field, take a look at http://addbalance.com/word/datefields1.htm. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/ which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
