Default How do I delete a line that was on a template?

I am using a resume template and want to delete one of the solid lines. I
can't figure out how to do it.

It will be a border - probably a table cell border given that the Word
resume template is formatted using a table.
If you select table show grid lines, you should get a better idea of what
you are dealing with.
