I have to write a great many short notes that fit within 200 words or 600
characters wcih once they are the correct size I transfer to the relevant
doc. I'm continually annoyed at having to click on tools and then click on
word count to find out how many words or characters I've used in a document.
Why can these details not be shown at the bottom of the screen in a similar
way to the page numbers? Or at least give us this option!
