Default HighLight of the word gives the Options menu like Bold ,italic ..

HighLight of the word gives the Options menu like Bold ,italic size etc... .
This only happens if I highlight with ouse. Why cann't micosoft make this
happen wven highlight the test without mouse.?

Default HighLight of the word gives the Options menu like Bold ,italic ..

I believe you are referring to the MiniBar in Word 2007.

You can display it by right-clicking without the need to have text
selected.

Personally I have it turned off since it always seems to get in my
way - I couldn't imaging it following my mouse around!
