Default How to create Forms in Word ?

We have to create about 150 different forms for a project and put them
together in an 8.5x11 book.

1 - How can you create professional looking forms in Word?

(So that each field is in a rectangle... and looks somewhat like the Medical
Registratrion Form supplied with Word as a template.)

2 - Is Word the right tool to do this?

Thanks for any comments and suggestions.

OK - I found it.

For others click View | Toolbars | Forms

So you basically use tables with the added functionality of the Forms
Toolbar... it seems.

And it seems to work OK.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFl...nesInForms.htm.

Use tables or frames to hold your fields and use borders for those to give
you your rectangles.

Hope this helps,
