Styles and Formatting Window
Since I work with so many shortcuts, I've forgotten a lot about where things
are on toolbars and also how to change the information that the toolbar reflects. My latest quandry is this: When I look at the styles window on the computer where I am now situated, I just want to see the name of the style; i.e., Heading 1, Heading 2, Normal, etc. The computer I now work on shows all the formatting particulars, such as bold, etc. Somehow it distracts me. I've forgotten how I had previously set mine so that it didn't show everything about the style. Can you refresh my memory? Thank so much. |
