Default Help with keeping tables on same page, please!

My boss has several tables in one Word document. She wants each table to
have it's own page - not broken up in the middle and onto another page. She
doesn't want to have to manually go in and enter hard page breaks. She would
like for Word to automatically do this. Is this possible and how do I do it
if it is?

Thanks!
