Gee, that's awful. I sympathize.
If you want someone to help, though, you need to learn a little bit about using newsgroups. First, TURN OFF THE CAPS LOCK!!!! It gives the impression that you're shouting. Second, try describing the problem. We have no idea yet about what you're doing, what you're not doing, what software you're using, or anything else. There's a big blank box in the posting dialog, where you're supposed to describe these things. Try to cover all these items: - What version of Word do you have? (If you don't know, look in the Help About dialog.) - What software did you use with the scanner?
