Default Word provide back and forward navigation within documents.

By pressing ALT+LEFTARROW and ALT+RIGHTARROW, you should be able to go back
to previous editing points. This is very helpful when jumping around very
large documents.

The Java Eclipse editor has the best implementation of this I've seen,
carefully selecting editing points so there aren't too many (i.e. if you type
a sentence, going back doesn't take you through each character you typed) and
too few (just switching between files).
