dropping scan into word document in 07
XP with 07 enterprise...
I guess I am just curious, but why did they drop the ability to scan a picture (etc.) directly into a word document? What was easy, is now a multi step process (scan with some other product, save to disk, cut and paste, etc.). This, to me, is a serious step backwards in utility, particularly if you use Word to sent faxes (because you must scan in the hard paper to fax it). Bob |

dropping scan into word document in 07
Bob,
Apparently because few people used it and not all scanners were supported. See here for a possible solution: http://word2007bible.herbtyson.com/2...-in-word-2007/ -- Luc Sanders MVP - PowerPoint "Bob Day" schreef in bericht ... XP with 07 enterprise...
