well my english isn't perfect but i'll try to help u!
in the end of this line (basic, where undo is supposed to be) u can see a
little arrow looking down! click on it and then click addition and
subtraction buutons then click on basic and u will see the list with the
buttons u can add.... choose undo and here u are! i hope i helped u....

Open the Tools Customize dialog and click the Toolbars tab. Select
the "Standard" item and click the Reset button.

You may also need to check the box (on the Options tab of Tools | Customize)
