If you start out as if doing a label type mailmerge, and setup your business
card in the first label on the sheet, you can use the Update Labels (or in some versions it might be Propogate Labels) utility to copy the setup from the first label to the others on the sheet. Probably best after doing that to change the document to a Normal Word document. -- Hope this helps. Then select the entire table and paste. Another approach is to use the macro at the end of http://www.gmayor.com/graphics_on_labels.htm (and see http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm if needed). -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |

If you have Publisher, try using that. You design the card once and it is
repeated as needed. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] Tech Editor for "Microsoft Publisher 2007 For Dummies" "Betty Kaiser" Betty wrote in message ... is there a way to replicate the first card or must each card be typed separately |
