If you start out as if doing a label type mailmerge, and setup your business
card in the first label on the sheet, you can use the Update Labels (or in
some versions it might be Propogate Labels) utility to copy the setup from
the first label to the others on the sheet. Probably best after doing that
to change the document to a Normal Word document.

The first card is the top left cell of a table. Select that cell and copy it to
the clipboard. Then select the entire table and paste.

Another approach is to use the macro at the end of
http://www.gmayor.com/graphics_on_labels.htm (and see
http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm if needed).

If you have Publisher, try using that. You design the card once and it is
repeated as needed.
