Default Grow font/shrink font

Is there a way in word 2007 to change grow font to only go up or down by one?
Mine is going up or down based on the numbers that are in the drop down box.

Yes, the same way it is done in Word 2003 or earlier. Select the text,
and press Ctrl+[ or Ctrl+] to decrease or increase the font by one point.
