CAPS LOCK enabled shows lower case letters and vice versa. How do I fix this?

Are you using just a plain keyboard or something special? Have you tried
another keyboard to see if you get the same thing? (We *all* have extra
keyboards - even my mom. And she's just a casual computer user.)
