Default double spacing using microsoft word

You can accomplish this in a couple of ways:

Format | Paragraph | Line Spacing | Double. OR

Ctrl + 2.

Go to Format Paragraph and set the Line Spacing box to Double. Or use the
Line Spacing button on the toolbar. Or best of all, create and apply a style
that has double spacing set in its paragraph properties.

All of this can be found in the Word Help...
