Is there any way to get label to print out in zip code order?

Hello-
Most definitely can be done if the data source is set up correctly with Zip as an individual field. Specifics will vary depending on which version of Word... which you do not mention. In general: For prior to XP- In the Mail Merge Helper click the Query button. On the Sort page you can specify up to a 3-level sort based on your field names. For XP/2003- In Step 3 (Select Recipients), click the name of the field when you Select or Edit the Mail Merge Recipients list. Depending on the nature and availability of your data file, you may also be able to sort the data first so the records will be in the correct order to begin with. HTH |:) "jtkimi" wrote: |
