Printing Range
I am trying to print 300 pages out of a 5000 page document. When I select
the range 301-600 or any version of ranges such as 1-3 nothing happens. Down on the index bar it displays Word is Repaginating. It counts through all the pages and that is it. I am using office 2003 Standard Edition. I tried it on 2 different printers and also used different drivers on one of the printers. Both printers are networked. |

Printing Range
If you're trying to print parts of a mailmerge, then each merged
record is in a different section, so print the section number instead of the page number. For example, if you want to print merged records 301 to 600, then enter "s301-s600" (no quotes) in the Pages box in the File-Print dialog. bspangler wrote: I am trying to print 300 pages out of a 5000 page document.
