Default Reviewing ToolBar Defaults

Is there anyway to change the default setting from "Final Showing Markups" to
Final so that it efffects all files?

There may very well be a VBA means of doing so, but it is designed that way
so that any user opening the file will know that changes are being tracked
in the doc. Setting that view on the toolbar *doesn't* clear the changes
from the doc, anyway. If you have an intended goal you can share perhaps
there are some alternatives available.
