Default How to save a filename in a document with form fields.

I use a model document (a contract) which has form field throughout to make
it easy to type only the necessary information per client. When I save my
document, I would like Word to update the filename in the footer of the
document. How can I achieve that. I would really appreciate your response
and help with this question.
Thanking you in advance.
