Strange .lnk file created for each opened document
Hello people,
lately when i open every *.doc files from a network drive, a shortcut to that file is automatically created in the very same drive. in others words, when i open s:\hello.doc and after working on it i close the file a file named s:\hello.lnk (who links to s:\hello.doc) is created. it happens for every document in that drive. if i copy the *.doc to c:\ and then open it, the problem doesn't happen. the documents doesn't contain vba code nor any macros... so, any idea what is creating those shortcuts ? thanks in advance for any help. |
