I am trying to create mailing labels. The data was originally from excel but
I have transferred this to a word table. I follow the merge wizard and all
seems well until I preview the labels. The labels have a duplicate country
field and address 1 field appears before first name last name. I have row
headers in place and the fields from the source data seem to be in the
correct order but for some reason the merge scrambles the fields! Help! I am
using Word and Excel from a Windows 2003 professional suite.

It sounds as if you've inserted the merge fields in the wrong order. If
you're using Address Block, don't (since it doesn't appear to working
correctly); use the individual merge fields instead.
