Default Can't find "different first page" section setting for Word 2007

Click on the Page Layout tab and then click on the diagonal arrows at the
right-hand end of the page setup bar.

Alternatively, click on the Insert tab and then on Header (or Footer) in the
Header & Footer chunk and then on the Edit Header link at the bottom of the
dialog that appears. This then causes the Header/Footer design bar to
appear and there are buttons on that for the various settings that you are
after.
