How do I use text within the header for the table of contents?
Can I use text that is within the header section of the header/footer
features to build a table of contents? I have other text that appears in the TOC, but I have chapter titles in the headers that I want to appear in the TOC. The only way I can make it work is to create a first page header that does not have text in the heading, then type the heading outside of the header/footer. |

Text in headers cannot be included in the TOC since by definition it is not
limited to a specific page. -- Suzanne S.
