Default Changing Column Divider Line Color

Select the paragraph you want the divider line to change colors. Try clicking
the home tab and going to "borders and shading" (right of shading bucket).
Next go to the bottom of all the choices and you will find "borders and
shading....) This will bring you to a screen and make sure you have borders
selected, not page borders on the top tab. Here you will have a choice of
colors to choose from.

I changed the font color for my entire document, however I can't figure out
how to change the column divider lines in that document. Help! :-) Thanks!
