Default Mail Merge Uppercase

Hi

i hope someone can help, I am doing a Mail Merge from an Access database
which works fine, however the table that I am merging into the recipients of
the file reqiure the merged names to be uppercase and they are in sentence
case in our database. Is their anyway that i can change them into uppercase
automatically or do I need to select them and change case as a group?

Thanks

Phil
