Adding multiple periods automatically
Is there a way to fill the space as in the example below (ie. between "Daily
Use" and "G.2.1, H.7.3") with periods so that the column end margin at "H.7.3" will line up properly with the text at the same column end margin in the second line ","ect. Note the continuation of the second line is by way of a hanging indent. Daily use . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .G.2.1, H.7.3 Selection . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 2.1.1.3, 2.1.1.7 to 2.1.1.9 Thanks in advance for any suggestions ! |

Thanks ! Never thought to look into the tabs options for that
Additionally Is there a way to 'SET' this formatting option so that the tab leaders (...) are expanded to 2 pts apart (. . .) without changing each line in the format/font/character spacing ? Your help is much appreciated ! "Fredrik E. Select just the tab character and use Format | Font | Character Spacing to
format it as Expanded by some appropriate amount (2 pts seems to work well). Then save the tab character as an AutoText or formatted AutoCorrect entry. -- Suzanne S.
