Research task pane
Hi Chi,
I am using Word 2007. Would you please show me to hid the Research task pane? I don't want to see the pane when I open Word file. Is this happening with all Word files, or just some? By default, Word doesn't display the Research task pane when a document is opened. If you're getting this, then you may have some kind of third-party software that's the cause. If you hold down Ctrl when starting Word, that will force Word into "Safe mode". Does opening a file while Word is in safe mode still display the task pane?
