Default Table of Contents in Word 2007

How do I get the Insert Table of Contents to work with Book Title, Title and
Sub Title instead of the required Heading 1, Heading 2, etc...?

Thanks

Instead of choosing any of the built-in TOCs in the gallery, use the Insert
Table of Contents button to get the classic TOC dialog. Click Options and
select the styles you want included in the TOC (by assigning a level
number). Alternatively, if you assign a TOC outline level to your styles,
they will be included automatically (in fact, the built-in Title and
Subtitle styles are already assigned levels 1 and 2). For more on
customizing TOCs, see http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/TOCTips.htm
