Default How to share a customised toolbar that contains auto text

I need to create a questionnaire template to help colleagues standardise the
way they create questionnaires. I know how to use auto text and how to assign
each piece of auto text to a customised toolbar. What I'm not sure about is
how to transfer what I create to another user.

Make sure that you store the AutoText entries and the toolbar in the
correct template and then distribute that template to other users.

See:

Using AutoText
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/customization/AutoText.htm

Distributing macros to other users
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/macrosvba/...buteMacros.htm

(Although the title of the last article is about distributing macros,
this actually means distributing templates, so it applies to your
situation.)

Make sure your AutoText entries are stored in your template rather than in
normal.dot. Then create the toolbar. (It may not work if you create the
toolbar with the entries in normal.dot and then move them; if you need to
move your entries using the Organizer try your toolbar -- making sure that
they are not in normal.dot anymore.) Otherwise, you can also share global
AutoText entries and other customizations. See
http://addbalance.com/word/movetotemplate.htm for step-by-step instructions
on moving / sharing / copying / backing-up customizations including
AutoText, AutoCorrect, keyboard assignments, toolbars, macros, etc.
