Yes, absolutely. See
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm for the
overall procedure. At the point where you're asked to choose a data
source document, set the "Files of type" dropdown in the browse dialog
to "Text (*.txt; *.prn; *.csv; *.tab...)" and then choose the folder
and file to use. You'll be asked what kind of separator (tab, comma,
other) to assume. From there on, it works the same as any other merge.

Yes as long as the first row in your data is a header row (for instance:
name, address line 1, address line 2, etc.)

Tools | Letters and Mailings | Mail Merge | Labels | Next: Starting document
(at the bottom) | Change document layout | Label options | Choose your labels
| OK | Next: Select recipients | Use existing list | Browse... | Choose your
..csv or .txt file | Open | OK | Next: Arrange your labels | More items |
Select each field separately by double clicking, you'll see that it adds to
the first label. When you're done choosing fields, click close. Edit the
first label, moving the fields to their appropriate locations, inserting
commas, spaces, etc. | Update all labels button | Next: Preview your labels
| Next: Complete the merge | Edit individual labels... | All | OK

It's always a good idea to print a test page and then hold it under your
labels, hold it up to the light to make sure everything lines up ok. Put
your labels in your printer
(usually face up if you're using the manual feed tray).

This takes practice so don't get frustrated. If there is someone in your
office that knows how to mail merge, ask them to stand over your shoulder
while you do it because it can get tricky.

Hope this is helpful!
