Default I have a missing page in Word (jumps from 23 to 25). How do I fix

I have a Word document where there is a missing page. It jumps from page 23
to page 25 (even on the page counter). How can I fix this so page 25 will go
to page 24 and so on?

Because of that change I will need to change my "Odd page header" to an
"even page header". However, when I try and change this an error message of
"Column widths can not be less than 0.5"." appears. Does anyone know how to
fix this?

If you have an "Odd Page" section break, Word will insert a blank page 24,
which you cannot see unless you view two pages in Print Preview, but it will
"print."
