Try using a two-column borderless table instead of the Columns feature.
That's the usual approach for side-by-side translation. Alternatively, try linked textboxes to go from page two to page one (difficult to read, no?). If your newsletter will be in booklet format and that's why you want to go from a later page to an earlier page, see he http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting...etPrinting.htm It's not totally clear what you are doing--thus difficult to suggest a single best route, but those are the options. chance4u wrote: I am attepting to create a bi-lingual news letter and want two columns per page. Despite Daiya's excellent & accurate suggestions you'll find this is *not*
the type of doc layout to which Word lends itself without a fight. If available you may want to consider using a page layout program - such as MS Publisher - which is designed for such purposes. -- Regards |:) Bob Jones [MVP] Office:Mac "chance4u" wrote in message ...
