Default help, problem with text field in word 2003

I'm having trouble with text fields. For any explain the reason sometimes
the field will not allow me to enter unlimited text. Even though the
properties are set for that. The particular field involved acts as if i have
it set to accept a certain amount of text. when I reach the end, say 2 lines
of text, it will stop and automatically tab me down to the next form field.
It occurs for unknown reasons, then it will stop doing it just as quickely as
it started. I have tried everything. I do not have any tables or other
boxes drawn into the document. It is simply fixed text with fill in text
fields which are set to expand with text entry and move the rest of the
document wording down the page. I have tried entering a few spaces (while
the form is protected) to the end to see if it is something of that nature
but once it starts happening, it just will refuse to allow more text after
about 2 and 1/4 lines of text. any help will be appreciated. believe me, I
have looked at all the simple stuff already. i have assured all properties
of the text field are all default, such as unlimited length etc. it is as
simple a form as one can get, yet I seem to having this problem. I have
searched the online database for problems of this nature and can't seem to
find anything.

Hi ?B?U2FsdmF0b3Jl?=,

I've never encountered the problem before; indeed, we often see requests from
people wanting to limit a field to "two lines", or something similar.

Is this happening only in the one document?
