automatic update of TOC
i am using a report template with a table of contents. When i fill the
report in various headings move to new pages. Is there a way of having a TOC page number automatically changed when the information moves to a different page (i.e. without having to highlight the TOC and pressing F9) |

You don't have to highlight the TOC and press F9, really. You can:
--Ctrl+A, then F9 (from anywhere in the document) --Do a print preview --Print it All of these actions will, by default, update your TOC. ******************* ~Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com www.MyExpertsOnline.com "Craig Codling" Craig wrote in message ... i am using a report template with a table of contents.
