Where get certification number
My computer shows that Word is in a subfolder under Microsoft. I don't have
the software itself. I was told it was already in the system. Where do I get a certification number? |

Even for an OEM version, you should have been provided a CD containing the
files. With that CD, there should be a Certificate of Authenticity. The "CD key" you need will be printed on the COA. If any of this is not true, you should contact the OEM. -- Suzanne S.
