Default cant find symbol im looking for

symbol is two half arrows facing oppisite directions representing a dynamic
state in a chemical equation

You may find it in Wingdings 3, which is nothing but arrows, or try the
Arrows subset of Arial Unicode MS (e.g., 21C4).
