Default MS Word 2000 Certification

A few years ago, I successfully passed the test for MS Word 2000
Certification and got my certificate in the mail. I've recently misplaced it,
and after searching for weeks to no avail, I turned here. I am wondering how
I can get another certificate. Would I have to take the exam again or will my
name be sufficient enough for me to get another certificate? Thank you very
much for your time.

Just create your own. There are plenty of certificate templates around.

Considering that version is now three versions old, perhaps it would be
better to set your sights on Word 2007's exam, when it becomes available.
