In Word 07 is there way to select a number of drawings with out having to
hold down CTRL and select each one individually? I need to group a number of
objects.

Thanks

It depends on what the "drawings" actually a-)

Click the Office (Pizza) button & then the Word Options button. Select the
Customize category, pick All Commands from the top list, locate the Select
Multiple Objects command & add it to the QAT. When you OK out click the
newly added button to produce a list of selectable objects & proceed
accordingly. Just know that not all "objects" (pictures, for example) will
appear in the list.
