How do I 'table' an existing list of Contents?
I would like to create a TOC from the list of contents already existing in
the document. The list includes the headings and page numbers but there are no links to the rest of the document, so I would like to 'convert' it to a standard TOC, if possible - rather than have to start from scratch. |
