Default How do I change a word document to a picture

I took a picture and added clip art to it using Word. I want to use this
picture as a watercolor and on address labels. But I can't because it is a
Word document. I can pull the picture up in Word but I can't insert it
anywhere. Nor can I send it to another program like Paint or to My Pictures.
Can someone help me figure this out?

Copy it to the clipboard and paste into paint or
Use a screen capture utility like SnagIt to save the area as jpg (or
whatever).
