Hi,

I'm working with Word 2003 and I'm unable to add a hyperlink in my document
because when I select "Insert/Hyperlink" menu, nothing happens !!
Same thing with the shortcut menu.

Could you help me please.

Hi Christian,

If you start a new blank document and use Ctrl+K does the dialog appear?

If not, close Word, hold the ctrl key and restart Word in Office safe mode. Does Ctrl+K work?

I've tried your 2 solutions but it doesn't work.
